Registration

One registration fee includes the IEEEXlpore® publication of two full papers, a CD containing all accepted submissions, coffee-breaks, welcome party, lunches and gala dinner. Papers will be presented orally or as posters.

The symposium fee is:

• 150 € for non-IEEE members,
• 125 € for IEEE members,
• 50 € for students*,
• 65 € for accompanying persons (includes only welcome party, lunches and gala dinner).

*Students must provide by e-mail to isfee@elth.pub.ro evidence of their affiliation.

Please register your own account with our website, select your registration type (under HOME > Conference Information > Registration) and upload your paper(s) (under USER HOME). If your full paper is accepted, you must pay the registration fee.

Please take into account that fee payment before November 25^th 2014 is mandatory for the publication of your paper in IEEEXplore®.

1. E-PAYMENT

A credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO) electronic payment on-line form, in the name of organizer: Asociatia Inginerilor Electricieni si Electronisti din Romania (AIEER), is available for all fees. Please note that you can choose your preferred language. Please use the links bellow:

Please send your registration information (IEEE membership number, if available, and your username account on our website) together with an attached scanned bank transfer receipt by e-mail to isfee@elth.pub.ro.

3. CASH ON SITE

The amount of fee can be paid in cash at Symposium Registration Desk. Please provide all evidence qualifying you for a reduced fee.
