Registration

One registration fee includes the publication of two papers (payment must be performed AFTER the final acceptance communication), the Symposium Proceedings containing all accepted submissions on a USB key, admission to all sessions, coffee‑breaks, lunch and gala dinner.

Papers will be presented orally.

The symposium fee is (for one participant with maximum two papers):

• 200 € / 1000 RON (Virtual) or 300 € / 1500 RON  (In-person) for non-IEEE members,
• 160 € / 800 RON (Virtual) or 240 € / 1200 RON  (In-person) for IEEE members*,
• 100 € / 500 RON (Virtual) or 120 € / 600 RON  (In-person) for students**,
• 100 € / 500 RON for accompanying persons (includes only lunches and gala dinner).

* IEEE members must provide their membership number.
**Students must send to mihaela.mateescu@upb.ro a document proving their affiliation.

All participants must complete the attached Registration form and send it to the ISFEE 2026 Conference Treasurer (mihaela.mateescu@upb). Please provide all evidence qualifying you for a reduced fee.

Method of Payments

Payment shall be processed via bank transfer only upon formal acceptance of the final manuscript, following the completion of the peer-review process. We do not accept credit cards and checks (money orders).
