Registration

One registration fee includes the publication of two papers, the Symposium Proceedings containing all accepted submissions on a USB key, admission to all sessions, coffee‑breaks, lunch and gala dinner.
 Papers will be presented orally.

The symposium fee is (for one participant with maximum two papers):

    • 100 € / 500 RON (Virtual) or 150 € / 750 RON  (In-person) for non-IEEE members,
    • 80 € / 400 RON (Virtual) or 120 € / 600 RON  (In-person) for IEEE members*,
    • 50 € / 250 RON (Virtual) or 60 € / 300 RON  (In-person) for students**,
    • 65 € / 325 RON for accompanying persons (includes only lunches and gala dinner).

* IEEE members must provide their membership number.
**Students must send to mihaela.mateescu@upb.ro a document proving their affiliation.

All participants must complete the attached Registration form and send it to the ISFEE 2023 Conference Treasurer (mihaela.mateescu@upb). Please provide all evidence qualifying you for a reduced fee.
